Most staff unfriendly and never smiled.
Hand sanitizer either empty or no one asking people to use them.
Mop and buckets left in toilets, don’t usually see that on cruises.
Cabin steward- although cabin kept clean never knew who he was other then a name in the cabin, never introduced himself and we never saw him.
Food average, not as good as other cruise lines we have used.
One plus was the very cheap drinks package!
