Appalling customer service, bad management, no one speaks English as first language.
The food was same, same, same and cold/warm at best.
The “entertainment” was dire apart from one guy who played to no one in the wine bar, Diego was his name.
The Buffet was dreadful.
They got nearly everything wrong and I am sending 3 page list of complaints to MSC.
An example of breakfast service, salmon served last, cornflakes served at same time as cold eggs and bacon or beans on toast on separate plate to rest of English!!! It was summed up on the last day when a bus load of Britain’s on leaving the ship all raised 2 fingers and cheered, all of us with colds, coughs etc.
The Islands were great, but the rest was so so poor.
