We would rate this cruise as a 3.
The cabins were spotless and well maintained, food was amazing.
Our shore excursions were hampered with industrial strikes at the destination ports and trains strikes at the destinations too.
We did not receive a daily program in our cabins for the next day as they wanted you to have their APP which required WIFI or you had to use their touch screens around the ship..
which was rather inconvenient, especially as quite a few older passengers found it difficult to use this tech.
