We went on MSC Prezoiza not being quite sure what to expect, having been on P&O, Royal Caribbean, and Celebrity cruises.
The only reason we chose MSC, it suited our travel dates, we had read many mixed reviews and thought only way to find out, was to try ourselves.
We chose the wellness experience, as the yacht club was full.
We are so glad we DID, the ship is awesome, spotlessly clean, not a finger mark insight, even with all the crystal and highly polished chrome and mirrors everywhere, and every toilet immaculate, every time, even the pool toilets, clean and dry floors, staff continually discreetly cleaning.
The boarding was slick and easy, disembarkation was a bit slow, but there had been some luggage problems, but no problem we just enjoyed the ship a bit longer.
Entertainment staff were so good and friendly, cabin steward was friendly, efficient, and unobtrusive.
Clean towels morning and evening.So well done MSC – the Italians have style, class and every aspect right, watch out other cruise lines the Italians are coming for sure.
Excursions were pricey, drinks package excellent value, book with Bolsover before you go, it’s cheaper than on ship.
All in all a very positive trip, we have now booked to go on Majestica.
