Was so excited to go on a cruise with my neighbours! When I went onboard I decided to buy a drinks package and after checking exactly how much it was I bought the package but when it came through on my bill it had added 30 euros for service charge ? I had double checked the price when I booked so was surprised about this and asked to talk to someone about it.
The deputy bar manager came down didn’t introduce himself and proceeded to tell me it’s tough that the guy when I bought it didn’t tell me there would be an extra charge and there was nothing I could do about it now ! He offered me a free bottle of Prosecco which I said yes to! He never once apologized to me for the mis information I was given ! So not happy ! It was a shame as I had a lovely time up until then ! Except for when the ladies and gents ordered meat the men got two slices the women got one ! On the first night we had to wait 40 minutes for the starter.
I have to add that my steward cleaned my room well.
The food was not good enough in the restaurant
