Our first time cruising with MSC, won’t be our last.
Outstanding value for the money, very clean cabin throughout the week thanks to our cabin attendant Agus Gede, the guy that always had a smile and warm greeting no matter the time of day or night! I’m sure he was hiding round the corner from our room! Even popped out for a few minutes before returning the beds made, bathroom cleaned and new towels out! Thanks again Agus.
The ship is big and takes a lot of quality staff to run one this size and even if MSC had not got the staff to guest ratio quite right imo the staff they do have work their buts off trying to please all on board.
Enjoyed the speciality restaurants and loved relaxing in the champagne bar more than any other area.
