Pleasantly surprised, as some reviews had me worried prior to going, everywhere was spotlessly clean, food good lots of variety and only one slip up at evening dinner in the Garden resturant, didn’t like Windows, service very slow, and too open especially the big window end, no atmosphere here.
Everywhere was very clean,, with staff in Raffles forever wiping down, difficult to get a table here sometimes, but who’s in a hurry on holiday.
Staff very helpful.
Did not agree with auto tips on drinks, think this is very bad, my husband and I are not big drinkers but in ten days €35 approx was extra on our on board account through this, which we couldn’t get out of, though did get12 dollar a day pppd taken off our account and tipped individually.
For this reason I would not travel NCL again
