Very disappointed with Norwegian cruise c.
This is our 4th cruise but would not entertain them again.
They are cutting corners everywhere plus the gratuities are now 20 dollars a day! The entertainment (shows) where 3 in 10 days other nights were covered with the usual magician a violinist and a singer not good enough, they want money for everything they offered .
I really feel they are not giving a good service to their customers.
The diabolical way trying to register on line and printing out the boarding cards and labels was very frustrating and we were amazed at how many people were booking in at the terminal!!!> we hardly saw the captain or officers until the last night when they came on mass to the theatre.
To collect all the applause!! I could not believe how many people were constantly complaining there was a long queue at the desk throughout the cruise.
I will state again there is no way we would entertain another Norwegian cruise line.
