We have cruised many times on different lines and have been on Arcadia several times before and been happy with the experience.
However, this trip was by far and away the worst experience.
In the main staff were inattentive and uncaring about the service.
Queues all the time to get into Freedom Dining, bars too busy with not enough staff.
Beds unmade and repairs not carried out when reported.
Absolutely awful, standards have dropped significantly.
