Cabin was lovely and very clean. Dining was not well organised, we had family with us and 15 month old. Freedom dining was not suitable and we had to join virtual queue nightly. Not ideal joined queue asap only to be between 80-100 in queue. They were not helpful until the last 2 days when I complained about several issues.
Entertainment not great, infact very little in the evening s. My daughter’s steward was not at all helpful in accommodating 15 month olds needs and avoided any contact with her.
We cruise with P&O every yr, don’t think we will cruise Arvia again.
