From first seeking advice in your Meadowhall branch to info before we sailed in June, you have always been there for us. As cruise virgins until 2021, you guided us through Covid to our Golden Wedding and first cruise. This year you again guided us to our Emerald anniversary cruise. Arvia is a wonderful ship with a superb crew, even at max capacity she was never crowded and the staff were never flustered.
Sadly this was probably our last cruise. No fault of yours or P&O. As with everything, prices are increasing and on board spend diminishing. The killer though is insurance; £1040 for 14 days in Europe, almost the cost of a package holiday.
On a brighter note, we have sung your praises far and wide; onboard, on social media and even with the Which magazine. We wish you every success in the future.
