Too many passengers for facilities eg theatre .
Food very disappointing every night in Zenith , steak, chicken , 3 vegetarian and only one different choice had the lamb twice couldn’t cut it never mind chew it , all the meat was tough .
The Horizon restaurant had curry on every lunch time and evening .
There was no variety .
Everyone I spoke to said they would never go on the Arvia again and neither will I .
The hygiene seemed nine existent eg butter cut into small squares and tongs to pick it up , the butter stuck to the tongs so people were pushing it off with their fingers have we learnt nothing from Covid .
Standards have really dropped on P&O .
I spent 23 years working in Catering College so I did notice lots of hygiene problems and I think P&O should be addressing this.
