After enjoying Arvia in February we booked a med cruise in June from Southampton.
Balcony on deck 8 was a waste of money – we were unable to use it on 3 days due to refuelling.
On other days at sea the noise from kids in the hot tub on the promenade deck was excessive.
The food was below the standard expected from P&O.
the APP for booking restaurants was a waste of time unless you wanted a table at 6pm.
The entertainment was a repeat of shows previously seen or of poor quality.
The behaviour of some passengers made it impossible in the club house to listen to the acts – why do people need to be so noisy and disrespectful.
No action taken by P&O staff to curtail this – they simply sell them more drinks.
