The itinerary of this cruise was fabulous – 21 days of exciting ports, especially the two full days in Istanbul. The weather was very hot – 47 degrees in Tunisia! I had not been to Istanbul for about 15 years and had previously done all the important excursions, yet I still found three excursions not previously taken. The highlight was the magical evening dinner cruise along the Bosphorus, which I highly recommend. The atmosphere on the ship was lovely and everyone seemed to be enjoying their holiday. The staff were happy and readily available, and my cabin steward could not have been more caring. Some of the entertainment could have been better, i.e. employing singers with better voices and diction. I arrived home feeling very grateful for such a perfect holiday. This was a unique cruise and its itinerary should go to the top of the list.
