We found the ship a little worn, not very Christmas at all decoration’s poor, food in buffet was very poor, repetitive, dry due to being heated for so long, bland flavours very disappointing, loose teabags as ran out of single packets which is poor during Covid times, same for sugar in jars! No waiters serving in theatre anymore why? No idea, poor service in Brodies Bar waited ages for a waiter, show on we saw probably 4 years ago) Steven Mulhearn magic, a Christmas show would have been nice as it is Christmas.

No turndown service or fancy towels in room PM, which we had previously on this ship every trip we’ve done.

Less service but the same price paid, poor standards all round, will not book on this ship again and probably P&O again if this is how things are now.
