This is our second cruise on the Azura in the Caribbean.

Overall not as good as last year.

The food was quite poor on some days, on one occasion I had a curry (Meridian restaurant) and was offered roast potatoes and green beans as a side.

A lot of the meals came with rather odd combinations of vegetables.

The service in the restaurant was poor until the last two days of our cruise not surprisingly.

In both the Malabar and Manhatten nightclubs the waiters were constantly patrolling chasing you to order drinks even though you had not yet finished the dring you already had.

Looks like they were on a commission basis, more they sold more they earned.

The shower in the cabin smelled and we found it was the shower curtain that was very dirty, it was changed two days before we left the ship.

The flight with Thomsons……….well! One drink and one meal says it all.

The flight attendants complained of being “exhausted” not very professional! Sounds like I didn’t enjoy the cruise, we did , it’s just not as good as last years, or the Med cruise we had with “Princess” last summer.

P&O need to take comment seriously and do something about them.

If this review is sent to P&O I bet they never respond…

Giv it a try.

Regards Tony Westgate
