Whilst I appreciate that during Covid and the following months when lockdown was lifted and still very respectful of Covid still being a threat, I feel some of the things we noticed this last cruise has absolutely nothing to do with the knock on effects of the Pandemic.
During our two week cruise in several bars you advertise a variety of cocktails, it would have been lovely to sample them if you had the ingredients.
Constantly being told we haven’t got this , we haven’t go that is not good enough.
If you have it on a menu then it should be available, if it’s not available the REMOVE it from the menu!! The restaurants we noticed we exceptionally slow on certain sittings.
The wine on the menu , same as cocktails were not available and the alternatives were not really alternatives as they were nothing like the wine we wished for.
I accept the turn down in the evening is no longer available, and the little extras in our cabin .
Generally we had a lovely holiday but we have been cruising with P&O now for over 23 years and we can certainly see the difference and not in a good.
