The itinerary was brilliant but there were issues with shuttle buses which resulted waits of over an hour and in one port captain advised everyone to stay in board have a coffee before heading out due to queues for shuttle buses. As we paid a lot of money for the cruise we wanted to be out and about enjoying the places we docked at. In addition as one of our party had an allergy we were disappointed in availability in Buffett of non dairy items having to find someone to ask virtually every time we needed something of the “diet counter” and on one occasion despite pre ordering food they turned up with a different meal as they have now started to buy in some main courses and couldn’t provide a dairy free option. No option was given to change choice either prior to arriving at restaurant or when we arrived. We have never encountered this problem before with P&O and it did cause stress at mealtimes.
