Britannia was very busy because it was half-term with a lot of people would were cruising for the first time. We had a nice relaxing break. The room was clean and had facilities expected including a responsibly sized safe. Fortunately, we were on Floor 9 Forward so could walk down stairs to Floor 7 to get to the rest of the main facilities, because the lifts were slow and often full. The buffet for breakfast and lunch was very busy and the range of food was adequate but basic. We were disappointed by the number guests who did not make an effort with their dress on Evening Causal nights, That said the people we shared a table at dinner made an effort and the staff were very helpful. We liked the Atrium area even if the music was too loud on occasions. We are experienced cruisers but this was the first time on Britannia and would travel on Britannia again.
