Cabin was clean and cabin staff attentive. We had a blocked toilet which over flowed onto bathroom floor which took a long time to sort out. Not the cabin cleaners fault. Not enough toilets in key areas on Britannia, should be next to all bars, restaurants etc. Sometimes long queues for toilets due to this and a long walk to them. Not enough water stations. Disabled press buttons hanging off the wall on Deck 7 and not fixed all week. Generally feel P&O cutting back on everything. Staff not happy but kept a happy face on. Maitre’d on front desk at Peninsula down right rude. Told us our table wasn’t ready when other 2 people we were with already sat at it. We stood for 30 minutes waiting outside. He was not busy and he knew what he was doing. Totally unsatisfactory. Staff in all restaurants were courteous and polite apart from him.
