The good – fantastic on-board P&O team particularly cabin and restaurant stewards.
Friendly, immaculately turned-out, and really helpful.
The bad – Embarkation and Captains (the Bridge) weird announcements, Very poor cabin communications with Reception and Shore Excursions – continuously engaged.
The Ugly – Iona is too big, lacking in character, dolls house balcony cabin space and wardrobes.
Very badly designed ship.
