Booked assistance embarkation/disembarkation which was very well organised until you get onto the ship and then became absolute chaos having to wait for a lift along everyone else, to get to your muster station to get your card scanned.

Got to the room and bed was made up as a double instead of a twin.

Virtual queues for the restaurant rarely went below 80 waiting from 5.15pm, so many had to pay extra to get into a restaurant.

Second day most toilets on the ship were out of order and a lot of the disabled toilets did not lock, so you got disturbed while trying to use the toilet as they were showing outside as vacant.

Water machine on deck 8 was out of order, so you had to find one working on another floor.

Air Con was ice cold and loads of passengers ended up with a chest infection.

Never seen so many people ill on one cruise.

Greatest Days had to be cancelled as the stage manager was ill, but no announcement telling you it was cancelled, so had to make your way to the Headliners Theatre before being told.

Hand gels coming on to the ships were empty most of the time.

Loads went into eating without washing their hands and saw staff wiping the tables with someone’s left napkin after they left.

Need better cleaning procedures in Horizon.

Cream was off when serving afternoon tea.

Best meal we had was in the Beach House which incurred addition charges, but well worth every penny.

On disembarkation day cabins to be vacated by 8am and hour wait for assistance to get off the ship.

Communal toilets switched off when docked in Southampton 6.30am, so no toilet facilities available as no flushing facility working to be able to use them while over 5200 passengers on board.
