This was the 4th trip on Iona and the last for me, it’s lost its sparkle . We only saw our cabin steward once – coffee/milk etc wasn’t always filled up. Buffet area wasn’t as clean as previous trips. I found a long black hair in my breakfast from the Quays . Public toilets were ‘out of order’ a lot of the trip and bins not emptied. The entertainment was ok, very repetitive of previous trips which was a shame .
Overall from arriving to embark to disembark the staff were 100%, everything just flowed and so easy to follow.
I will travel with P&O again but on another ship next time.
