I was so disappointed with this cruise. We had 10 days so 3 days at sea. We are a couple with no children with us so want a little quiet relaxing time. My husband is a permanent wheelchair user. We went to the adults pool and found the lift to that section broke. Spa entry steps. On enquiring with the spa reception in that area found it had been broke for 2 months. Terrible. I then enquired to go in the retreat to find that quiet space and again need access via that same lift so again a NO to access . Terribly disappointed. Even the internal lift down to parts of the spa was also broke. Not good for any wheelchair user to here. I’ve paid the same as everyone on that cruise and want access to all areas like everyone else. It’s not a lot to ask. Had I known about these problems b4 going I may well have cancelled because of this or moved it.
