We enjoyed the cruise, overall. Our balcony cabin was spacious and well maintained. We had thought we had Freedom Dining but discovered once on board that we’d been allocated 2nd sitting, which we simply would not use. We spoke to maitre d’ who changed us to Freedom, although it wasn’t easy. Our only criticism was the business of the buffet at all meal times – really hard to find a seat and often only one half of the buffet was open. We missed our stop in France due to civil unrest and had an extra day and night in Santander, which we enjoyed. We ended up arriving back a day late due to storms. We were in the forward part of the ship, no sea sickness although it was very rough. The crew were fabulous.
