Amsterdam, everything was great below deck but bar and waiting staff were a bit slow but ok.

Spain and Portugal, same ship, mostly same crew but most staff were very slow, obnoxious, didn’t react with passengers and were nowhere near as cheery as the cruise before.

It’s like they didn’t want to be there and it showed in the service around the ship.

Usual problem of too many bar waiters and not enough drink makers.

Food slow in restaurants.

We used 5 and all were slow to the point of taking 3 hours for a 3 course meal on two occasions.

Had to ask for water and butter for rolls in both MDR.

Was 5th and 6th cruise for me but by far the worst experience so far.

Went on Ventura and Iona in 2022 and were happy then and got Azura booked for March 2024.

Will use P&O again as I think this was a blip in their service, which is slowly getting back to the quality of pre-Covid cruises.
