Very disappointing.
The Ventura is badly in need of a refit.
Many lifts were out of action , our bathroom was very dilapidated with stained tiling.
The worst thing was that the ship had Nora virus present when we sailed, and we were not given the choice of cancellation or refund.
My wife succumbed to this and was confined to her cabin for 48 hours and the promised sanitation was non existent on the first day and the room service was haphazard.
On a more positive note, the food was good and the staff friendly andcheerful.
In my opinion this cruise should have been cancelled and a proper fumigation carried out
We will never travel on the Ventura again and are unlikely to use P and O again either.
