Not happy that P&O email us 3 weeks before sailing saying they were changing cabin which we had specifically booked because of balcony on C deck.We only found out a few days before sailing which cabin they had allocated.
This was totally unacceptable to us – on deck above, nearer stern more subject to movement -I suffer from seasickness so not at all any good for me.
This for a Baltic tier member disgraceful.
After numerous phone calls/emails with P&O they allocated a new cabin on D deck which is still not as good as the original cabin we booked nearly a year before.
Staff poorly trained and many new.
Not all restaurants open – missed Glasshouse.
Menus very limited in restaurant and bars.
Very disappointing in many many ways.
I would like to discuss further as we are seriously considering cancelling next cruise 1/7/23 on ventura
