Cruise on crown princess
Edna Hooper | August 30, 2016 | Princess Cruises | Crown Princess
We have recently returned from a cruise on Crown Princess and was very disappointed. There were no tea & coffee facilities in the room, no shower gel in the shower or shower caps. As we booked fixed dining I expected our table to be reserved for us for the whole cruise, but as we did not go to the main dining room for the first two nights, they gave our table away, and it took another three nights to sort us out a table, we ended up with a table for two and not eight as we had booked. The meals were O K , but if you ordered for example a steak, the steak took up nearly the whole plate and with only a few veg, so not enough veg served. We spoke to alot of people on board and nearly all of them said that they were not happy with the ship. Also you pay you gratuities and they put another 15% on top of all drinks you buy. Not a patch on Royal Carrabean or P & O. We would never sail with them again.
