What a disappointment

Where should I start perhaps to say this is undeniable the worst cruise ship I have ever had the misfortune to sail upon, it is the first time in over 20 years of cruising that I have considered leaving the ship early. The food in the main dining room was inedible for the first four days, and to put the icing on the cake I found a piece of chewing gum stuck to the underside of the dining table quite revolting. The service was poor especially in the premium restaurants and the overall atmosphere on board was one of going through the motions, with crew members really not wanting to be there.

I really think that the cruise company should re think the need for formal night I felt over dressed in trousers and a jacket as ripped jeans and motif t-shirts and baseball caps were acceptable I the premium dining room. On a positive note the beds were very comfortable. Sadly we were travelling with Princess newbies this was their first and last journey with Princess.

Having travelled with many cruise lines on a variety of size of ship, Crown is the worst ship in the princess fleet ……we will not be back.
