We have recently returned from a cruise from Australia to New Zealand. We also cruised on this ship last year. We were impressed last year with the ship, the cleanliness and the food (maybe becuase it was the first time on a Proncess ship). The staff even cleaned the balcony glass. This time, however, it was the opposite. The food in the buffet left a lot to be desired, alot of it wasn’t hot and choice was limited.
The windows from the promenade deck into the public lounges were never cleaned throughout the cruise, the balconies were never cleaned. The ship is looking tired and in need of a facelift!
