Around the UK – May 2022

First off – the Medallion App is awful. Numerous issues pre and while on board but primarily trying to get a fixed time fixed table dining was impossible. Sometimes, data entered disappeared and then re-appeared in no relation to what had been entered. Platinum “perks” are diminished. Poor choice of soft drinks and the drinks package is too expensive as are the drinks. Some of the lounges are very cold and dark and the Fusion buffet was very poor. There is no lounge on this ship looking forwards. Vegetarian options very poor. No nice cheese to be found in the dining rooms. No trays in the self-serve buffet area so we had to keep getting up and down between courses, when we used it. Ports were excellent – we did our own thing because the ship’s trips were expensive. Entertainment poor except John&Paul.
