Bad News

We recently took a Cruise September 21 to October 2nd. We werr really very disappointed with the food not up to standard, buffet had a lot of the night before or meat and fish made into other things, all meat and fish were very dry and overcooked. Desserts remained the same throughout the week Occasionally changed in in dining rooms. Etertainment was so bad that we walked out on 3 shows. Cconstant sales, one day they even had a bargain basement in one of the dining rooms it was like a free for all. Considering Princess is supposed to be one of the elite ships it was far from that. I do not see the purpose for selling all these cheap trinkets on board and having the super sawas. As for the Crown grill we had considered going there but the side of the steaks were to big for me, I had considered a lobster tail but then decided not to go. Good for us as they had lobster tails in the main dining room the next night.

Tour excursions were badly arranged. First we got a newsletter telling us we had to pay $25 to be taken to land by ferry in Touloin. Then we got another flyer telling us we had to pay $15 to take a shuttle bus to the end of the Pier I have never in all the times I have cruised had to pay to go from ship to shore. Excursion buses parked way too far away from the entrance to attractions such as San Gimignano and Pisa we entered the attractions from the back side. Escorts never talked or explain what we were seeing as we were driving we only had one that was informative and that was in Sorrento
