Disappointed on Sky Princess

Travelled on Sky Princess to Norway and midnight sun on 11 June. Ship was excellent as were staff. Problems with engine/ generators which caused issues. Covid rife even though all negative in embarkation. Captain delayed implementing measures. Noted by his absence. Issues leaving Lofoten Islands. Upon departure Capt stated Pilot said we could not transit route as planned through fjords due to size of ship! Surely not right as itinerary pre-planned. Longer journey to next port and later arrival. 5 hrs late arriving at Southampton as Capt said due to Isle of Wight ‘annual’ Yacht race! Other ships arrived in port on time except ours. Seen on Satellite previous evening they we were due to arrive late and persons embarking next day were made aware, but, again Capt didn’t announce for several hours and caused mayhem for passengers who were due to fly home and missed their flights plus train strike. Upon late arrival fire alarm in departure/luggage area and further delay of 2 hours. Poor weather and unable to make the most of beautiful country. Not impressed with the Captain on this ship.
