Mr & Mrs J B Colenso | July 17, 2022 | Princess Cruises | Sky Princess
Got off to a chaotic start due to late arrival of ship at Southampton followed by an on shore fire incident in the shore teams dockside sheds. Finally got to our cabin at 7.00pm! Not good at all.
Thereafter we were pleased with our disability cabin, ship is great, food as you would expect, entertainment ok, service fine.
Ports of call in the fjords of Norway were beautiful.
Iceland was interesting, but one of us having limited mobility meant that two of the stops were had absolutely nothing for us to do unless we had booked a ships excursions-not suitable for chair users! No local taxi’s available which we had planned to use independently.
Long time in the waiting
Scepticism over the cruise before we went because of covid but had an excellent cruise and enjoyed everything about it.
Wonderful ship, decor, service, food, friendship, music, lectures, entertainment, dining....everything we could wish for....superlative!!!
