Staff, food and drinks faultless but the ship is old, noisy and not what I expected from a 5 star cruise line.
Overall not good value for money! We were allocated an aft cabin and the noise was such that very difficult to sleep.
Requested a move but due to full capacity unable to action.
Based on service unlikely to use Regent again as very expensive for average ship due to noise/vibration.
Very disappointed
