Standards on Regent have gone down. Several times food was presented at the dining table cold. Breakfast room service never came as it was ordered. Plus other things that weren't right. Won't be sailing with Regent again.

First cruise with this company and we had a wonderful time. The crew were very attentive and friendly, the food and drink first class and the on shore excursions well organised with great guides. We are now looking at other destinations!
