A good cruise, though service fell short

This is my 2nd much delayed cruise on the The Iona.

As cruise ships go it’s a wonderful .

The sense of space in main dining rooms is great and you have so many choices where to dine as part of your cruise you are spoilt for choice.

Never used any of where you are charged mainly because the food is excellent.

P&O are aiming this class of vessel at families so if you you expecting ball room dancing it’s not there quizzes are hard to find.

Sky dome is great but can be very noisy if you have lots of children in the pool.

There is a lack of things to do ie art classes photographic group.

You do everything on board via the my holiday app book dinning time entertainment on shore visits via your phone or tablet.

They have staff available to show how to use it.

Overall the staff where brilliant other than reception who fell short on customer service skills on both my cruises.

At this moment in face coverings are compulsory in the theatre, it’s there for your own protection .

Going again in September , looking forward to it
