The trip was everything we could have wished for. Check in was smooth, with staff on hand at the port to discuss dietary needs and provide all the help and reassurance we could need
The ship and cabins were all spacious clean and attractive
The food was superb in all the venues. We especially liked the buffet restaurant where a table was located for you and the food was served from the counter by staff. We loved having our set table in the restaurant where we got to know our waiter staff and they got to know us really well
All across the ship, the staff were absolutely incredible
The ports of call were lovely too and we enjoyed independent time ashore as well as booked trips
The most noticeable thing for us that set Fred Olsen apart was the whole ship felt very spacious, there were never any crowds and hardly any waiting around anywhere
