The staff are excellent, the balcony cabin was good, the ship is very clean, and the food was excellent.
However this is not a good ship, virtually no-one liked it and people were cancelling future bookings on its sister ship Arvia and losing money, rather than go on it.
The app is a disaster, the horizon restaurant is ill designed and was described quite correctly by one woman as a bunfight, the shops are poor, the lifts are poor and the atrium appearance is nondescript.
The entertainment times do not align well with the meal times, whilst the staff are good the organisation is not.
Who thinks that booking a meal, then having to queue to get in the restaurant is a good idea.
