Having spent 5 weeks on Ventura Dec 2022, and had a great cruise in all respects, we booked to go on Ventura for May.
What a difference where have all the standards gone to.
Service at dinner very poor, also food was not as good as it might have been, the entertainment in theatre was poor except the dance group who were excellent.
The booking of seats in theatre has changed from Dec, Lack of good speakers, Disembarking with wheelchair assistance was chaos, All very disappointing, my wife and I will not be using P&O in the future, may I add we where not the only passengers who where dissatisfied with this cruise.
