Food was poor on the whole. Resorted to having omelettes as meat was such poor quality. The staff felt sad on the whole. We had numerous issues but it proved very difficult to get any action. Eg tvs…we had 2 but neither worked. One eventually did but very limited programmes. No information on ports of call. Very little evidence of ships crew round and about. Heating and air co did not work until constant badgering resulted in repair. Disaster in laundry about which the reception were most in helpful. Ratio of waiters to clients was low…resulting in poor service. Entertainment in theatre good but considering number of sea days the day time programme was poor especially guest speakers. Too many additional charges. Too many items on programme appealing to minority audiences.
