Cabin B110 balcony was in poor condition. Aurora is looking tired. 26 years old. No excuse for dirty windows throughout the ship. Service in Alexandria restaurant was variable. Slow at times and often rushed at coffee stage. Drinks throughout ship were never hot enough. Reception personnel were vere often abrupt and impolite. Too many staff had poor command of English language which led to service errors. Transport between ship and Port often non existent making shore visits a challenge. Embarking and disembarking fairly good. Cabin steward was excellent.
Will most certainly be trying other cruise lines
