Our trip was disrupted by the storm 2 weeks ago so instead of sailing on Saturday evening we didn’t sail until 2am on Monday morning meaning we had to miss our first port of Hamburg which was disappointing.
There was a lack of communication from the Captain about what was going on and in 7 days he spoke to the passengers 3 times.
The staff are amazing and despite being short staffed do there upmost to make everyone happy.
Food was very good every where we ate and the ship is magnificent especially with the Christmas decorations up.
Our cabin on deck 14 was very spacious and spotlessly clean and our cabin steward was very attentive and friendly.
Entertainment in the Sky dome was as usual amazing.
Embarkation and Disembarkation was very speedy.
Despite being disappointed with this particular cruise can’t wait to go again.
