2nd visit on Arvia, July 2023 too many passengers (6,000) not enough experienced staff.
Returned Christmas/New Year for 14 nights.
Most passengers had drinks package, but queues for drinks were horrendous, due to the lack of bar staff for this busy peak period.
Food in main restaurant is 5/10 and if you had an allergy the choice and system was very bad.
We spent most of our holiday paying extra for food in the other restaurants.
On this ship it is led by the App so you need your phone constantly and know how to use an App, otherwise you are snookered.
It is a lovely ship but P&O need to address this issues from the customer feedback.
Over the Christmas period the entertainment was poor yet when we disembarked on 6 January Gareth Gates got on for a week.
