It’s the fourth time on board this ship and before during covid no problems.
This was a Christmas cruise and the staff made the ship look great.
Food – average downstairs great selection upstairs.
Hygiene – nice and clean.
Staff – I felt they were understaffed but brilliant.
The big big problem was the dining on Christmas Day and New Years Eve – they managed to feed 5000 people each day no problems but these two days was total manic with people waiting for over two hours in a queue and then not getting the table they had been allocated what a shambles somebody at head office wants the sack.
