Some 4 or more years since our last cruise with P&O and noticed a big drop in service and the little treats passengers used to get.
It appeared that there were staff shortages although this was denied and the dining room evening dinners were of a particular poor quality and variety.
Breakfast and buffet lunches were ok Trips we chose were good apart from Amalfi – just too many passengers on one boat to such a lovely little place resulting in chaos
