This was our second Arvia cruise so we knew our way around the ship and the onboard booking app. The food in the MDRs and paid restaurants in the evening was excellent along with the evening entertainment. The star was definitely the 710 Club that we went to whenever we could. We did notice a few cost cutting measures in the Horizon buffet and I wasn’t thrilled that I had to keep asking for decaf teabags as they no longer keep them along with specialty teabags out. The food offering was a little bit on the dull side but I can see that it would be appealing to those with children in particular. Only tinned tomatoes at breakfast and no smoked salmon although both were available in the MDRs. We had no problem getting sun loungers every day and didn’t witness any unfair saving of the loungers. Cabin was fabulous. Will definitely go on Arvia again but hopefully a different route as we’ve done the ports so many times before.
