On arrival we were held at gangway while someone took us to reception felt like criminals.
Our original room had a leak so ended up with one on deck 15 under Skydome.
Extremely noisy in the day if we went to room to relax we couldn’t as films and entertainment on during the day.
Entertainment at night meant we couldn’t sleep early due to excessive noise.
Alll you could hear as well constantly was the swishing of the pool.
We felt the staff on reception and back office didn’t really care and we felt we were treated with disrespect.
We are due on the ship for 3 weeks in October and would love for them to refund our deposit as it will be the same staff and we feel we will be treat the same.
So disappointed as we have been loyal customers to P & O yet they did not treat us with the kindness and respect one would expect.
Think it’s just Arvia that has the problem
