Destinations were good and getting around was no issue, for our first cruise was a little disappointed with some irritating issues, on sea days not enough sun beds and the way they were left for several hours by certain members of the cruise members but this was not monitored so people took advantage of prime areas and leaving towels or bags there for hours while they did other things even though it clearly states if left for 30mins others can take the beds but you do not know how long they have been absent.
Also, towels were able to be taken and returned throughout the day and this left shortages and pile-ups of lots of towels overflowing the returns area.
On many days there were hot water machines not working shortages of cups for tea or coffee, some meal times cutlery was short and food items short or were supposed to be on the way out but sometimes took 20mins or so.
Although these are gripes we didn’think the cleanliness was great and general service good , entertainment was pretty good overall enjoyed the cruise and the different locations.
Would go again but needs to have some improvements.
